SOUR CREAM PEACH PIE 
4 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. lard
1 tsp. salt

Blend well and add 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 egg and 1/2 cup cold water. Work all in (this is for two 9 inch pies). Place in 2 greased pie pans.

PIE FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. flour
8 peaches (peeled & sliced)

Blend flour, sugar, salt and sour cream together; pour over peaches. Arrange strips of pastry over top. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar mixture (2 tablespoons sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon). Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes then turn down to 350 degrees and bake for 40 minutes longer until firm and brown. Cool before serving.
