SOUR CREAM PEACH PIE 
Pie plate lined with pie crust
5 c. sliced peaches
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. sour cream

Stir sliced peaches and seasoning in a mixing bowl until thoroughly blended. Place in pie shell. Pour sour cream over top; bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
