GMA HOFFS RHUBARB CRISP 
CRUST:

1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter

FILLING:

1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup water
4 cup diced rhubarb

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix crust ingredients and press 2/3 of it into bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Boil the filling just the sugar,cornstarch and water until thick and clear. Add rhubarb and pour into pan. Top with remaining crust.

Bake at 375°F for 40-45 minutes.

I made this and added 2 tablespoons lemon jello to the filling after it thickened. The topping is fantastic too, the best I've ever made!
