6 WEED BRAN MUFFINS | |
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran 1 c. oil 4 beaten eggs 1 qt. buttermilk 2 c. pecan pieces 2 tsp. salt 5 c. flour 3 c. sugar 3 tsp. baking soda Mix dry ingredients; add liquids and nuts. Stir well. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Dough can be kept 6 weeks in refrigerator or baked muffins can be frozen. |
