CROCKPOT CHILI 
2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
2 (20 oz.) cans kidney beans
1 (9 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce

Saute meat, onion and green pepper. Drain. Place remaining ingredients in crockpot, add meat mixture. Simmer 4 to 8 hours, stirring occasionally.

Love it. I just change it to where I use half the meat and I just use 1 can of kidney beans and another of pinto beans. It comes out great.

I love this Chili and just spent 45 mins. trying to find the recipe again! Its really great for people that don't like spicy chili but don't want something bland either. the vinegar and Worcestershire sauce give it a kick without making it hot! I add half a small bag of frozen corn. And, I cook it in slow cooker on high for 1 hour and low for 2-3 comes out great!!!!!!!
