CROCKPOT CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, deboned & skinned
1/2 cube butter
1 pkg. Italian seasoning (Zesty)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Put butter and chicken in crockpot. Sprinkle Zesty Italian mix over chicken pieces. Cook 3-4 hours on high or 6-7 hours on low heat.

1/2 hour before serving melt cream cheese and soup in saucepan. Pour into crockpot. Stir until blended with butter. Serve sauce over rice or noodles.

This is a REALLY awesome recipe! I changed the cream of mushroom soup to cream of chicken since I don't like mushrooms, but was still really DELICIOUS!!!! I am gonna make this again for sure!

I printed this recipe several, several months ago and just came across it and decided to make it. Boy am I kicking myself for waiting so long! It was DELICIOUS! I had some family over and they we're ready to lick their plates at the end of the meal! The only trouble I had was finding out what 1/2 a CUBE of butter was!? It seems to me, after googling, it should be 1/2 a stick of butter and since I was doubling the recipe it work out ok. Everything else was super easy and did I mention DELICIOUS! Served over egg noodles... a new favorite for my house! A must try! I printed several copies for people at work and they plan on making it soon.

Opps, I didn't mention in my above review that I also switched the cream of mushroom soup to cream of chicken. I think it has so much better of a flavor and it WORKED!! Highly recommended!!!

I cut this recipe in half... And used 1 can chicken breast, drained, 1/2 pack of the zesty Italian, added some leftover peas, but did use an entire can of undiluted cream of mushroom soup. Near end of cooking time - I wanted to taste this. I placed a couple of "lime flavored tortilla" chips on a plate then put a spoonful of mixture on each chip. It is delicious. I actually cannot make up my mind whether to serve over egg noodles or the chips. Either way - this recipe is a keeper. Will sprinkle a combination of Parmesan and Romano over when served. I can hardly wait to eat this. Taste is great for something so simple to prepare.
