SQUIRREL IN CROCK POT | |
3 to 5 squirrel, cut into halves 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed 1/4 c. soy sauce 3 tbsp. lemon or lime juice 1/4 c. water 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. ground ginger Place squirrel halves in crockpot. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and pour over meat. Cover and cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours. Thicken gravy with flour mixed with water. |
