CORN PUDDING FROM MRS. CROCKET'S
RESTAURANT
 
2 eggs
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 lb. size can creamed corn

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sugar and cornstarch in medium bowl. Add eggs, milk and corn. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Dot with butter. Bake until pudding is firm in center, about 1 hour.

This corn pudding came out perfect. However, I did add cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla because I was looking for the Southern taste. This is the recipe I'll use from now on.
