“PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES (NO FLOUR)” IS IN:

PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES (NO FLOUR) 
1 cup creamy or super-chunk peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Press cookies down in a criss-cross pattern using a fork.

Bake until edges are golden and centers of cookies are slightly puffed (about 7-9 minutes).

Makes about 2 dozen cookies.

Variations: Add semi-sweet chocolate chips, M&M'S®, Macadamia nuts, pecans, walnuts, cashews or peanuts!
