RESTAURANT STYLE FETTUCINI ALFREDO | |
1 box fettucini noodles, regular or spinach 1 c. butter 3/4 - 1 c. Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 2-3 c. light cream Cook fettucini according to the directions on the box. Rinse and set aside. In a large saucepan, melt butter on medium heat. Add the parsley and the cheese slowly until mixture becomes thick (more or less Parmesan cheese may be needed). Add cream and keep stirring until desired consistency is reached. Pour over noodles and stir. Serve with bread and salad. Serves 4 to 6. |
