CHICKEN FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
1/2 cup chopped green onions including tops
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 tsp. dried basil
1 cup cream
1 pkg. Alfredo sauce (McCormick's)
12 oz. fresh mushroom slices
1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
12 oz. fettucini noodles, cooked
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Heat oil in skillet; add onions, garlic and chicken. Saute until chicken is brown. Stir in cream, Alfredo sauce mix, mushrooms, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in parsley and basil. Remove from heat. Toss with cooked pasta and serve with Parmesan cheese.
