WATER CHESTNUT MEATBALLS 
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped finely

Combine bread crumbs, milk, soy sauce, garlic salt, and onion powder. Add ground beef, sausage, and water chestnuts. Mix well. Form meat mixture into 1 inch balls. Place on baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until done. Makes 5 dozen tiny meatballs.

Note: Drain on paper towels before serving, if necessary. Enjoy!!
