OYSTER PIE (OLD-TIME) 
Prepare pie crust
Potatoes
Oysters
Hard boiled egg
Butter
Salt & pepper
Milk

Prepare your favorite pie crust. Put in pie pan. Slice potatoes to medium thickness (par boiled first) and place in bottom of pie pan. Next a layer of oysters, a sliced boiled egg, season each layer with butter, salt and pepper. Use as many layers as desired. Cover with milk and cover with top crust. Bake until a golden brown.
