1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell

Mix all ingredients. Sprinkle top of pie with cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
