PIZZIOLA 
2-3 lbs. rump roast, sliced uncooked very thin
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese
1 can (32 oz.) tomatoes, crushed

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In oblong pan pour olive oil, layer meat, tomatoes, add salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano and Parmesan cheese. Bake covered about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Just before taking out of oven, layer Mozzarella over meat. Heat until melted.
