CHICKEN POPPICOSH 
3 1/2 to 4 lbs. chicken
1 med. onion
3 tbsp. fat
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 lg. container sour cream
2 pkgs. frozen egg noodles

Cut chicken into sections. Brown onion in fat in large pot. Add washed chicken, salt, paprika and water. Simmer until chicken is tender. Mix flour with sour cream until smooth in a separate bowl. Add cooked noodles and sour cream. Add to chicken before serving.
