CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 med. chicken
1 can chicken noodle soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 egg, beaten
6 slices toasted bread crumbs
1 c. chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

TOPPING:

1 stick butter, melted
20 saltine crackers, crushed

Cook, bone and dice chicken. Mix everything together except the broth and topping. Pour into a greased baking dish. Add the broth and pour on topping mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
