JEWISH CINNAMON CAKE 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. sour cream (1 c.)

Mix in small bowl 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.

Beat butter and sugar until creamed, add one egg at a time. Add flour, soda and baking powder. Add sour cream into mixture. Grease 13"x9" pan. Put half of batter in pan, sprinkle 1/2 sugar and cinnamon mixture over batter, then put the rest of batter on top. The batter will be stiff, but it will spread. Then sprinkle remaining cinnamon and sugar on top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
