SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2-1/2 cups steamed squash, drained
1-1/2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup grated cheese
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 onion

Mash squash, add all ingredients, mix well. Put in casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
