EBBIE'S YUMMY SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
4 yellow squash, sliced 1 onion, cut into wedges 1 tbsp. minced garlic 1 can sliced water chestnuts 1 can sliced mushrooms 1 package shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup Italian bread crumbs Preheat oven 350°F. Boil squash and onions until tender. Combine squash, onions and rest of ingredients in oven proof dish and bake 30 – 40 minutes or until golden bubbly. Submitted by: Elizabeth S.
