“EBBIE'S YUMMY SQUASH CASSEROLE” IS IN:

EBBIE'S YUMMY SQUASH CASSEROLE 
4 yellow squash, sliced
1 onion, cut into wedges
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup Italian bread crumbs

Preheat oven 350°F. Boil squash and onions until tender. Combine squash, onions and rest of ingredients in oven proof dish and bake 30 – 40 minutes or until golden bubbly.

Love this dish. It just the right stuff to make me and my husband very happy. Only thing I changed about this is that we did not put the water chestnuts in it. We just don't like them. Other than that it was great.
