GRANNYS BUTTERNUT SQUASH
CASSEROLE
 
3 cup cooked and mashed butternut squash
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine butternut squash, sugar, milk, butter, eggs and vanilla. Pour into a baking dish.

Topping:

1 cup coconut
1 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted.

Mix first three ingredients. sprinkle on top of butternut squash mixture. Pour melted butter over topping. Bake at 400°F for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown.
