BUTTERNUT SQUASH AND APPLES CASSEROLE | |
Grease 9 x 13 inch baking dish, peel and slice a 3 pound squash into the dish. Cover with 2 sliced apples (DON'T peel). Sprinkle over apples: 2/3 c. brown sugar 1 1/2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
