RADISH SALAD 
1/2 c. radishes, sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. oil
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
2 c. lettuce, chopped

Mix radishes, carrots, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and oil together. Cover and let marinate in refrigerator for at least an hour. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Makes 4 servings.
