1 c. horse - radish root, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 - 2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Put all ingredients into blender, cover and process at Blend until finely grated. Yields about 1 1/2 cups.
