SAUTEED RADISHES 
48 radishes (about 1 lb. 10 oz.)
3 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Wash and trim radishes, cut in half or if large, in quarters. Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium-low heat. Add radishes, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 15 minutes. Be careful not to let the butter burn. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
