Not even close to enough salad dressing, and too many pickles. I prefer 3 to 1 salad dressing to mustard. If you change it to 3 TBSP salad dressing, and add an egg... perfect!

I used this recipe as a guide but added more mayonnaise as suggested in the reviews. I also used chopped sweet pickles (possibly 1/4 cup) instead of the dill and also added a little sweet pickle juice. Very pleased with results.

I always put celery in my egg salad, because it gives it a little bit of crunch. I also put in a little chopped onion. I use Miracle Whip to make it a little sweeter and put the pickles on the side. Delicious!

The ingredient measurements are waaaaay off! There should always be just a hint of mustard to the mayo. What size pickle? Use the ingredients but play around with the amount used.

 Sarah B. (Texas) says:
I usually make our egg salad with mayo, sweetener, lemon juice, dash ground mustard, diced celery, minced onion and mixed diced pickles both sweet and sour. This was a great change, I had to double the dressing to use up 10 hb eggs. Delicious! Thank you!

Try adding sweet pickle relish - instead of dill pickles. Delicious!
