MOM'S CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICHES
5 or 6 oz. chopped chicken (with juice)
Salad dressing (mom uses Miracle Whip)
Onions, chopped
Mrs. Dash

We use a blender, so have mom help. Add enough salad dressing to the chicken to make it salad spread consistency when blended in the blender. Add chopped onion and Mrs. Dash to season to taste. Spread on your favorite bread. Have a great lunch!

This is almost the recipe that Grandma used on busy days when I was a kid. I loved it then, and am looking forward to fixing it myself!

Add finely chopped green onions and chopped egg to the salad and you will be surprised how great it is. Add chopped fine eggs after blending.

Have always added chopped sweet pickle (or pickle relish) chopped onion. Is there one particular Mrs. Dash that should be used?

 Leslie (Pennsylvania) says:
Are we supposed to use an undrained can of chicken in this recipe?

 Catina Barrett (Texas) replies:
The recipe is looking for chopped, cooked chicken. Juice is referring to chicken grease, aka fat. OMG!

To really put it over the top... add "sweet pickle relish" to your taste (it's just finely chopped pickle)... (can add a tad of mustard or hot sauce).
