BEST CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH EVER 
This is perhaps the easiest recipe for a health chicken salad ever!

1/2 green apple (Granny Smith)
10-15 green or purple seedless grapes
1 whole boneless skinless chicken breast
2 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise
salt and pepper, to taste

Cube up the chicken breast and cook fully. Season as desired but keep in mind it is going to be mixed with all of these other ingredients. I just use salt and pepper.

Cube up the 1/2 of the apple while the chicken is cooking. Cut the grapes into 4ths. Once the chicken is cooked. Allow to cool in the refrigerator until cool to the touch (about 10 minutes).

Mix all the ingredients together. Only add enough mayonnaise to coat everything. Normally ends up being about 1 1/2 tablespoons. Put between your favorite bread and enjoy!
