SHOO FLY PIE 
9 inch pie plate lined with raw pie dough
1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Pinch cinnamon
Pinch ginger

Make a high rim on pie crust. Mix flour, sugar and butter together with fork or pie dough in blender until crumbly. Set aside. Add boiling water to molasses, baking soda, cinnamon and ginger, beat with spoon until foamy. Pour mixture into pie shell; add crumbly mixture, gently press into liquid leaving some on top. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees until bubbly and brown.
