1 Gal.:

1 can carnation milk
2/3 can of Eagle Brand milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
9 - 10 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 gal milk

1 1/2 Gal.:

1 can carnation milk
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
13 tbsp. vanilla
3 quarts milk

In mixing bowl, beat eggs until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in ice cream maker and follow manufacturers instructions.
