SERBIAN EGGS 
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
1 pt. cottage cheese
4 c. shredded cheese
1/2 cube butter, melted

Blend ingredients. Pour in 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Eat plain or serve with sliced avocado, sour cream and chili salsa.

I have been making this for 25 years now. It's fabulous plain but one of my sons makes it and adds peppers, spinach, meat whatever he wants and it works great, all additions showed be added in sautéed or cooked not raw. He then portions and freezes for quick meals. It worked well. From one generation to another
