This recipe was awesome. I can't eat eggs and used veganaise of all things but it was still great. Try with Paula Deen's crab cake recipe. Seriously.

Great recipe and SO easy! I substituted some spinach leaves for the parsley since I did not have the parsley and it turned out great! Also, no ketchup in the house, so I used bottled red cocktail sauce. Worked just fine! Thanks for sharing the recipe... it will be wonderful on my grilled salmon tomorrow night!

Sorry guys, but a true Southerner would never put ketchup in their remoulade sauce! Same goes for eggs, peppers or celery! No need for parsley or green onions. And, Lord have Mercy, Tabasco sauce is spelled with an a and not and o......Bless your heart! I have my recipe, but have never fined tunes the ingredient amounts........I just make it according to the crowd. The thought of having pink remoulade sauce makes me thinkkkkkk.......oh, Lord, I don't even want to think about it. ;)

Made the exact recipe but it was still lacking. Finally figured it was missing the very onion taste. Added grated onion, it was great!

Sorry - Lois... but this IS about the recipe... not you. The title does say Cajun style.
