SIMPLE FAUX REMOULADE SAUCE 
1 cup sour cream
1/2 bottle cocktail sauce
2 teaspoons horseradish
3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

Blend all ingredients together. Transfer to a bowl with lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours so that flavors may blend. Makes a great dipping sauce for mini crab cakes.
