COMPANY VEGETABLES 
2 (10 ounce ea.) packages frozen broccoli spears
1/4 pound grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup PET evaporated milk
3 1/2 ounce can French fried onion rings

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook broccoli for 4 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and transfer it to a greased 2-quart baking dish or casserole.

Sprinkle grated cheese over broccoli. Combine mushroom soup and evaporated milk and pour over cheese and broccoli.

Bake for 25 minutes. Top with French fried onion rings.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes more, or until onions are crisp and golden brown.

Serves 6.

Variations: use frozen asparagus spears, French cut green beans, green peas or mixed vegetables in place of broccoli.
