AMISH FUNNEL CAKES 
1 1/3 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tbsp. baking powder
2/3 c. milk
1 egg
Vegetable oil

Mix dry ingredients in a 1 to 2 quart plastic container before camping trip. When ready to prepare, add the egg and milk.

Heat oil in Dutch oven until quite hot. Pour in batter in circular motion. When batter starts to turn brown, flip over with tongs.

When cooked, remove from Dutch oven and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with mixture of confectioners' sugar and cinnamon.
