FUNNEL CAKE 
1 Egg
3/4 c. Ice Cold Water
1 box Funnel Cake Mix
Vegetable Oil

Combine water, egg and funnel cake mix. Stir until smooth. This is enough batter to make 9 (5 inch) funnel cakes.

Heat oil in skillet to 375°F. Pour batter through a funnel into oil in circular and zig zag motion. Avoid filling entire skillet, since batter expands as it cooks.

Fry 30 seconds or until edges are golden brown. Turn cake over and fry 20 seconds longer. Use tongs to remove cake from skillet. Repeat for each cake.
