FUNNEL CAKES 
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
1 beaten egg
confectioners' sugar for sprinkling

Mix dry ingredients. Make a hole in center of dry ingredients and pour in mixed liquid ingredients. Stir. Pour batter into hot grease in a circular design and cook until light brown. Remove from grease and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and/or cinnamon.
