POLISH NOODLES & CABBAGE & KIELBASA | |
1 medium head cabbage 1 cup minced onion 1/2 cup butter 1 tbsp. caraway seeds 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. black pepper 1 (16 oz.) pkg. egg noodles Wash cabbage, remove outer leaves and slice into thin slices. In a large skillet melt butter. Sauté onion until transparent. Add cabbage, caraway seeds, salt, pepper. Sauté until cabbage is tender. Cook noodles and drain. Turn into serving dish. Add cabbage mixture and toss well. Add cooked kielbasa ring, cut into slices. |
