FUNNEL CAKE 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. baking powder
confectioners' sugar, for sprinkling

Beat eggs, add milk and sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Beat until smooth. Put oil in a deep fryer and heat to 400°F. Pour 1/2 cup batter into a funnel, letting it drizzle into the oil in a spiral design. Brown on both sides; sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and serve hot.
