RHUBARB CAKE DESSERT 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
5 c. chopped rhubarb
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. whipping cream

Mix cake mix, water, pudding, oil and eggs. Mix 8 minutes at medium speed. Spread in a 12"x15" pan (NO SMALLER). Top with the sugar, rhubarb and cream (don't whip the cream). Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
