HOMEMADE PEACH ICE CREAM 
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
Juice of 3 lemons
2 (5.3 oz.) cans evaporated milk
10 to 12 peaches, peeled and mashed
Milk to fill freezer

Beat eggs well, while beating. Add sugar slowly, then lemon juice. Stir in evaporated milk and peaches. Place mixture in ice cream freezer. Add milk to fill line and freeze. May substitute 3 pints strawberries.
