NANNA'S HOMEMADE PEACH ICE CREAM 
6 eggs
1 qt. milk
1 qt. peaches, fresh or frozen
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 cans evaporated milk (13 fl. oz.)
2 cans sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)

Beat 6 eggs for 2 minutes. Warm milk in double boiler and add eggs. Cook eggs and milk slowly until slightly thickened. Add sugar while cooling. Chop peaches up in small pieces and add to milk mixture. Add 2 cans evaporated milk, 2 cans sweetened condensed milk and 1/4 teaspoon salt and stir together. Pour into electric churn surrounded by ice and ice cream salt. Churn for 20 to 30 minutes. When finished churning, pack ice cream down and cover with ice and a towel. Makes 5 quarts.

Recipe was great except I lowered the amount of sugar to 1/2 cup of sugar, taste and texture was great..
