HOMEMADE VANILLA ICE CREAM | |
4 eggs 4 c. sugar 1 pt. half and half 1 pt. whipping cream 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 box vanilla junket 2 tsp. vanilla Whole milk to fill Blend eggs and sugar in mixer along with half and half and whipping cream until sugar dissolves. Dissolve junket in small amount of milk. Blend all ingredients, adding Eagle Brand milk and vanilla until mixture is smooth and consistent. Pour into freezer can. Fill to capacity with whole milk and freeze according to freezer directions. Makes 1 gallon (multiply or reduce proportionately for 1/2 or 1 1/2 gallon freezers). |
