CHEDDAR CHEESE TUNA CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 c. milk
2 c. or 4 oz. cooked noodles, drained
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Kraft Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped pimentos

Saute onion in butter. Add soup and milk. Stir in remaining ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese. Pour into 1 quart size casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top casserole with remaining cheese and continue baking until melted. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over casserole. Serves 4.

The only tuna casserole I will make and by far the best! I double the recipe though. I like to use chunk light in olive oil for this personally. I do 1 large onion (for a doubled recipe). This doesn't last long & are rarely leftover so I recommend making 2 and freezing 1.
