CHEDDAR TUNA CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. butter
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
1/3 c. milk
2 c. noodles, cooked and drained (4 oz.)
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. pimento; optional

Saute onion and celery in butter and add soup and milk. Stir in remaining ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese. pour into 1 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and continue baking until melted. 4-6 servings. May substitute chicken or turkey.
