OVEN BEEF STEW | |
2 lbs. stew beef 3-4 sm. potatoes, diced 2 good sized carrots, diced 1 can cream of celery soup 1 sm. can tomatoes 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup Place stew beef in large covered casserole, along with potatoes and carrots. Combine all 3 soups and add to casserole. Cook in 275 degree oven for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Stir occasionally. During the last hour of cooking time add the can of tomatoes. |
