3 lbs. (14) green peppers, remove seeds 3 lbs. (14) red peppers, remove seeds 2 lbs. (20) hot peppers, leave seeds in 14 onions, good size 1/2 box brown sugar 1/4 c. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 tbsp. allspice 6 c. cider vinegar Grind peppers and onions, add remaining ingredients and cook 1 1/2 hours. Pack in hot sterilized jars and seal. Double amount of hot peppers for very hot relish. |
