FISH FRIENDLY TARTAR SAUCE 
1 cup mayonnaise
1 heaping tbsp. dairy sour cream
4 tbsp. lemon juice concentrate
1 tbsp. dill pickle brine (pickle juice)
1 level tbsp. dill weed
1/4 cup diced white onion
3 tbsp. diced dill pickles (or just add dill pickle relish)
1 tbsp. dehydrated onion (optional; This will absorb moisture and thicken sauce)

Simply mix all ingredients and chill for at least 1/2 hour before serving with fish. Re-stir before using.
