PUMPKIN CAKE | |
1 butter recipe yellow cake mix 1 (16 oz.) can of pumpkin or pumpkin pie filling (NOT PUMPKIN PIE MIX - it's too runny) 4 eggs 1/4 c. Wesson oil 1/4 c. water 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Combine all ingredients. With electric mixer, blend all ingredients until moistened on low speed, then 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into greased and floured bundt or tube cake pan and bake at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Let cool completely before removing from pan as this is a very moist cake. Even if you don't like pumpkin, you should try this cake, it's delicious. |
