EASY BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE 
Homemade mac and cheese is the best!

3 tbsp. butter
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 cups milk

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Melt butter in 9x13-inch baking dish. Add uncooked macaroni, salt, pepper and stir to coat the macaroni with butter. Cover with cheese. Don't stir! Pour milk over all.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Do not over-bake, as it becomes dry.

Variation: May add cooked sausage, franks, ham or meatballs during last 15 minutes of baking.
